This tutorial shows the steps to replace the timing belt on a Ford Fiesta 6. First, you will need some tools: 15mm combination spanner, T30 Torx bit, ratchet, and a splash guard. First, open the engine bay and use the splash guard to protect the car's paintwork and components; at this point, lift the car and position it on a maintenance inspection ramp. Now, loosen the lower cover of the oil sump using the Torx spanner and remove it; using the 15mm combination spanner, pull the tensioner pulley laterally and remove it. At this point, return the pulley to its initial position and then install the new belt, placing it on the tensioner pulley.
