As shown in this tutorial, replacing the battery of the Ford Fiesta remote is an extremely simple and quick operation. To do this, you will need a small flathead screwdriver and a replacement CR2032 battery.

First, open the rear cover by pressing both lower buttons, then remove the emergency metal key and, using the screwdriver, pry along the indicated slot. Once the remote is fully open, you can remove the old battery, place the new one in the correct orientation, and reassemble everything.
