How to Disable the Passenger Airbag on a Ford C-Max

In this video, learn how to disable the passenger airbag on a Ford C-Max. This is useful when transporting a child in a front-facing seat, as an activated airbag can be very dangerous for their safety. Open the glove compartment and locate the clearly visible access marked "passenger airbag". You will see that the switch is set to "ON". Using the car key (or the emergency key contained in the remote), move the switch to the "OFF" position. When you turn on the vehicle, a yellow light will illuminate in the centre of the dashboard, stating "passenger airbag off", which will remain lit until you return the switch to the correct position.
