Ford C Max - Video tutorial

Model: Ford C Max MK 1 - Years 2003-2010
Part: Airbags
Operation: Removing the airbag on Ford C Max

Let's see how to remove the steering wheel airbag on a Ford C Max. Disconnect the battery terminals in the engine compartment. We disassemble the plastic protection at the top of the steering wheel so that we can put the screwdriver behind it. We insert a screwdriver into the back of the steering wheel - there are holes behind the steering wheel trim. Once the airbag (driver's side) has been released, disconnect the power supply terminals and extract it from the steering wheel. We mount the new airbag above the steering wheel of the car. We connect the power supply terminals, then, we press the same on the steering wheel with our hands until it is completely blocked.

How to reset the on-board computer of the Peugeot 208?

Resetting the Peugeot 208's on-board computer, the system called SMEG, is very simple. We can do this in case the system shows signs of malfunction, freezes, or in any other case where a restart could solve the problem. To reboot, simply hold down the two keys located in the lower left corner of the computer at the same time. After a few seconds, the SMEG system display will switch off, the Peugeot logo will appear and the start-up procedure will start. We wait patiently for the restart to complete as it may take some time.
