Removing the steering wheel airbag on a Ford C Max model 1 car is a simple and quick operation to perform independently. Before proceeding with the removal, make sure to turn off the vehicle, remove the key, and disconnect the battery. To remove the airbag, we must first insert a flat tip screwdriver along the side line of the steering wheel to remove the cover. Insert the screwdriver into the hole on the back to unlock the airbag lever and remove the central body. Disconnect the electrical connector of the airbag and remove the central body. After completing these steps, we can proceed with the removal of the steering wheel if necessary.
