Today, follow the main instructions for removing and replacing the timing belt and crankshaft pulley on the Ford Focus 1.6. First, raise the vehicle and begin by removing the front right wheel, then take off the wheel arch liner. Next, disconnect the serpentine belt by loosening the tensioner first, as shown in the video. At this point, undo the central bolt of the crankshaft pulley to remove it and replace it if necessary with a new one. Remove the timing cover to proceed with replacing the timing belt!
