In your Ford, the SYNC 3 multimedia system may freeze or show signs of malfunction. In such cases, you can try to resolve the issue by following the simple procedure shown in this tutorial. First, ensure that the system is actually powered on, then simultaneously press the "VOL" button, located within the left knob, and the next track button. At this point, hold both buttons for about 5 seconds, or for as long as necessary for the system to turn off and then restart.
