How to Replace the Seat Handle on a Ford Fiesta

The failure of the handle to release, tilt the backrest, and slide the front seat for easier access to the rear seat is a common issue with this car model, but it can be resolved quite simply and economically; it is possible to purchase this replacement part in the aftermarket. To replace the handle, leverage both sides with two large screwdrivers to disengage and extract it from its housing, then disconnect the cable head. Proceed in reverse for the installation of the new one.
