In this tutorial, you will learn how to reset the TCM module on a Ford Fiesta, which is the module that manages the automatic gearbox. This procedure can be useful in case of system malfunction, which is unfortunately quite common in this model. First, enter the vehicle, then position the gear lever in the "P" position and deactivate any devices. Next, turn off the ignition, turn it back on while pressing the brake pedal, and slowly move the gear lever to the "L" position. If the procedure has been executed correctly, the message "Transmission ready" will appear on the display.

How to Open the Bonnet on the Lancia Y
