In this tutorial, you will see how to replace the fuel pump in a Ford Fusion, a very simple and quick operation. Before proceeding, disconnect the negative terminal of the battery to work safely. Start by opening the rear doors, then grab the seat cushion, pull it up, and disengage it. Next, open the center access panel, disconnect both the power connector and the two hoses, and unscrew the large outer ring. At this point, you can remove the pump, insert the replacement, and follow the reverse procedure.
