Today's guide will show you how to remove and replace the fuel pump of the Ford Fusion, as well as the Mondeo. To access the fuel pump, it will be necessary to remove the tank from the frame, raising the vehicle and unscrewing all the mounting screws; then disconnect the fuel lines.

At this point, remove the pump retaining ring and disconnect the electrical connector, removing the pump or float from the tank; then replace the fuel pump with a new one, using the original part, and finally reassemble the fuel tank!
