To disable the alarm on the Ford Focus, connect a diagnostic tool to the vehicle's OBD port: this is located on the lower left side of the dashboard, near the steering column. Once the scanner is connected, select the car model and its corresponding version.

Following the instructions in the video will allow you to disable the car's alarm. You can then disconnect the scanner and check that the alarm is indeed inactive.
