In this tutorial, see how to replace the radiator in a Ford Focus, a task that requires good manual skills. First, ensure the engine is completely cold, then lift the front of the vehicle and, taking all necessary safety precautions, go underneath it. Next, remove the plastic cover, drain the coolant using the appropriate tap, and proceed to remove both the air filter housing and the fan. At this point, disconnect the radiator hoses, undo the various securing bolts, and remove the radiator from its housing.

To fit the replacement, simply follow the reverse procedure.
