In today's article, we will see how to deactivate the passenger airbag on the Ford Focus in case of faults or issues. The procedure requires no tools and takes less than 1 minute.

First, start the instrument panel without starting the engine by turning the key to position 2, then when the appropriate screen appears, press the OK button. Now, using the appropriate button, navigate the menu to the settings option, then press the button with the three lines drawn, from the menu that appears, navigate to the vehicle settings option, and confirm again by pressing the OK button.

Now select the passenger airbag option and deactivate it. This way, in case of faults, it can be deactivated to go to a workshop without the risk of it activating inadvertently.
