As clearly shown in the video, to space the pads away from the disc, use a medium-large flathead screwdriver or a crowbar, inserting it between the pad and the disc while being careful not to scratch the latter. Work slowly and patiently during this operation. Now, still using a flathead screwdriver, unscrew the bolt that holds the pads inside the caliper. Once done, unscrew the pin itself with an Allen key. Insert the new pads, which will obviously be thicker than the previous ones, and proceed to reassemble by fitting the caliper pin back.
