To replace the piston on a GasGas EC 250, you need to completely remove the engine from its housing: to do this, loosen the bolts that secure it to the respective supports. By disconnecting the connectors and removing the hoses, you will be able to extract the engine and loosen the bolts that secure the cylinder. This way, the underlying piston will be visible, and you can remove it from the conrod by expanding the ring and sliding out the corresponding pin; at this point, you can install the new piston and reassemble the engine.
