If you need to replace the battery on this vehicle model, you can read the information and activities for a proper replacement below. Once you lift the hood, locate the battery on the right side just under the windshield.

Take a socket wrench to unscrew the fastening bolt of the lower plate, then disconnect the negative terminal first and then the positive. Remove the battery from its housing and replace it with the new one, connecting the positive terminal first and then the negative, and finally, screw the fastening bolt of the lower plate back in.

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins. Once unlocked, tilt the seat upwards and forwards to remove it from its position. Repeat this process for both sides of the rear seat.
