How to change the oil of the GMC Sierra

Model: GMC Sierra MK 4 - Years 2014-2018

Before you find out how to change the oil in this vehicle, make sure you have turned off the engine and / or let it cool down long enough. Then lift the car with the special tools and locate the oil tank in the lower area of the engine compartment. Place a tray underneath and proceed with the removal of the cap using a 15 mm wrench. Let all the used oil flow out and immediately screw the cap back on. Now proceed with the removal and replacement of the oil filter. Finally, go back to the engine compartment and unscrew the oil tank cap. Pour in the new fluid and screw the cap back on.
