To replace the clutch on a Harley Davidson Sportster, loosen the bolts securing the chrome cover located on the left side of the bike, near the footpeg. Once the cover is removed, you can pull out the underlying discs that make up the clutch, also freeing it from the drive belt. After removing the old clutch, insert the new one, securing it with the appropriate bolts, reposition the belt, and cover everything by refitting the cover.
