How to Remove the Front Seat on a Honda Civic

Want to remove the front seat from the Civic? Let’s look at the process for removing the front seat. Move the seat back and raise the seat base, then use a socket spanner to undo the securing bolts on the front rail. Move the seat forward using the adjustment handle and remove the securing pins from the back of the rail. Locate and disconnect the power connectors from under the front seat (if present on the model). Once disassembled, remove the front seat from inside the vehicle. Refit the front seat by reversing the disassembly steps (connect electrical connectors and tighten the securing bolts).
