Replacing Front Brake Pads

Lift the vehicle and secure it. Remove the wheel and gently detach the caliper by removing the two retaining bolts with a ratchet spanner. Remove the retaining springs from the shoe cover and, using a ratchet spanner, completely remove the bolts.

Remove the shoes and pads. Remove the shoe supports.

Tighten the fixing bolts securely. Refit the shoe supports using a torque wrench.

Install the new pads and shoes. Reposition the cover springs and tighten the bolts.

Reattach the clips to the brake pipe. Ensure that the pads touch the disc.

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins. Once unlocked, tilt the seat upwards and forwards to remove it from its position. Repeat this process for both sides of the rear seat.
