Replacing the Cabin Air Filter

Model: Honda Accord MK 8 - Years 2008-2013

To replace the cabin air filter, open the glove compartment on the passenger side. On the right side, there is a lever that needs to be pressed forward and then moved upwards. Apply slight pressure on both sides of the glove compartment to allow it to drop completely, giving you access to the compartment containing the filter. With gentle pressure on the tabs on the sides of the container, unlock it and slide it out of its housing. Replace the dirty filter with the new one, ensuring it does not protrude from the edges, then reinsert the filter in its place, and remount the glove compartment, remembering to reposition the locking lever.
