To replace the exterior door handle on a Honda Brio, completely disassemble the door panel corresponding to the handle to be replaced: to disassemble this panel, detach the armrest cover, which also contains the window switch, which should be disconnected as well. Then, you can unscrew the screws in the handle's housing and at the bottom of the panel so that it can be completely removed. Now, unscrew the side screw and the internal screw that secure the handle, which can then be pulled out from the outer part of the door and replaced with a new one.
