Honda Accord - Video tutorial
Model: Honda Accord
MK 9
- Years 2012-2017 To replace the PCV (Positive Crankcase Ventilation) valve, the front hood must first be opened. Now, having identified the valve that is adjacent to the upper engine cover (the one with the HONDA brand on it), get a swivel socket wrench. Then unscrew the pin located in the top of the valve, being careful not to drop it or lose it in the engine compartment. Then gently remove the valve from its seat and compare it with the new spare. This video provides the code 17130-5A2-A01. At this point you can insert the new valve in its seat and screw the fixing pin.
