In this tutorial, see how to remove the front seats in the Honda Civic, a very simple and quick operation. First, open the bonnet, then disconnect the negative terminal of the battery to avoid accidental airbag deployment.

Next, slide the front seat forward, remove the covers from the brackets, and using a 14mm socket, undo the exposed bolts. Now slide the seat back, undo the two further bolts, disconnect the connector located underneath the seat, and extract the seat from the cabin.

To fit the replacement, simply follow the reverse procedure.
