Removing a Shock Absorber Mount from a Hyundai Getz

This video shows how to remove a shock absorber mount from a Hyundai Getz. Position your car on a column lift, loosen the bolts with a socket spanner, and raise the car to your preferred height. Unscrew the bolts and remove the wheel, then start unscrewing the shock absorber mounting bolts using a socket or air impact wrench. Unscrew the bolts of the shock absorber at the top (engine bay) and detach it from the vehicle body. Once the shock absorber is removed, disassemble it using a suitable spring compressor. Refit the shock absorber with the new spring mount. Proceed to mount the piece back onto the vehicle in reverse order.
