In this video, we will see how to change the parking brake button of the Huyndai Tucson: we start by pulling up the gear shift boot, then we lever on the rear side of the center console in order to remove the whole block with the cup holder, which we will remove by taking it off the gear shift lever.

Now we flip the part over and disconnect the electrical connectors, and unscrew the part related to the electronic brake.

We can find the replacement buttons, for example, on Amazon with the code B0CSCLRHZR, priced at 94.33 euros, with free delivery. Once the replacement is done, we reconnect the connectors and put the complete component back in place.

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins. Once unlocked, tilt the seat upwards and forwards to remove it from its position. Repeat this process for both sides of the rear seat. Be careful of any electrical cables or components that may be connected to the seat during removal. Once the rear seat is removed, the disassembly is complete.
