How to change the key battery of a Hyundai Kona?

In this brief video guide, we will see the step-by-step procedure to change the battery (CR2032) of a Hyundai Kona key, first generation model produced from 2017 to 2023. Start by extracting the physical emergency key by pulling the release tab on the back of the key. Next, insert a flathead screwdriver into the key slot just extracted and turn it as shown in the video to open the remote. Once done, simply remove the old battery and replace it with a new one.
