Lift the gearshift gaiter from the lower support by simply pulling it with your hands, then unscrew the knob (there is a lot to unscrew) until it is completely removed. Remove the spring and remove the cap. Nothing easier! Obviously proceed backwards for assembly: insert the new boot in the gear lever, fit it in the base support and position the spring in the same point from which you removed it. Fit the gear knob by screwing it in completely. As you can see, this is a very simple operation that anyone can carry out on their own, without any need to go to the workshop.
