On any car model, it is quite simple to locate the knock sensor, as it is always near the engine. The only issue is that it is often hidden and located low in the engine bay. Here, we will see where it is on the Hyundai Accent.

Open the bonnet and prop it up with the support rod. To get a better view of the knock sensor, you can remove the engine cover. Next to the engine block, specifically near the oil dipstick, you will notice the sensor at the bottom.

Replacing it is straightforward; simply disconnect it from the two connectors.

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins.
