How to Remove the Steering Wheel from a Hyundai IX35

Before you can begin, sit in the driver's seat of your Hyundai IX35. Start by turning the steering wheel ninety degrees to the right. This will give you access to the screws at the back that secure the airbag to the steering wheel. Proceed to unscrew these screws, then remove the airbag and disconnect its electrical connector. Once the airbag is removed, you will access the central nut that secures the steering wheel to the steering column, which you need to unscrew and remove. After completing this step, you can remove the steering wheel, disconnect the relevant plugs, and you will have successfully completed the disassembly.
