Operation: Replacing the window motor on Hyundai I30

To get to the window motor you will first need to remove the door panel. Remove the two plastic screw covers placed in the central handle and behind the opening handle. Unscrew the two previously hidden and now uncovered screws that hold the panel in place. Also remove the plastic triangle placed next to the window. Insert a plastic lever into the slot surrounding the panel and detach it a little at a time by pulling it out of the door, then disconnect the cables. At this point the window lifter motor is uncovered and you can unscrew and remove it. Proceed backwards for reassembly.
