How to Replace the Number Plate Light on Hyundai Getz

Here’s how to remove the number plate light and replace the bulbs inside it. Lift the tailgate, remove the trim cover and unscrew the securing screws. Unscrew the securing screws of the plastic light located in the tailgate above the car's number plate. Once the transparent light cover is removed, extract the bulb from it using your fingers. Fit the new bulb or LED (same size and voltage) into the bulb holder, then reassemble the light into the tailgate panel. Screw all securing screws back and fit the tailgate cover.
