Replacing the Pollen Filter on a Hyundai Ix 20

To change the pollen filter (or cabin filter) on your Hyundai Ix 20, simply open the glove compartment located on the passenger side. In the document pocket, unscrew the two screws at the bottom to remove the entire glove compartment. To take it out, grasp it from the inside and gently pull it towards you. Behind it is the cover of the filter compartment: you need to press the two clips, and you will see your pollen filter. Remove it from its housing, clean the compartment well, and replace it. Pay close attention to the arrow indicating the direction of airflow. Now, simply replace the cover and the glove compartment. You will only need to screw in two screws, and everything is in place.
