In this tutorial video, see how to replace the cabin filter on a Hyundai i40 by following a few simple steps: first, purchase a new cabin filter. Next, get inside the vehicle, switch off the engine, and pull the handbrake. The cabin filter in this vehicle is located behind the glove compartment, so lower the glove box and remove all items inside; unscrew the knobs visible on both sides of the glove box. Once these knobs are removed, take out the pin on the outer right side of the compartment. At this point, the glove box will lower completely, exposing the cabin filter cover; remove the cover, take out the filter, clean the housing, and position the new cabin filter (follow the arrow indications according to the airflow).
