If the battery of the Hyundai I30 has discharged and after attempts to recharge it, it does not maintain voltage, we need to replace it with a new one. We open the hood of the engine compartment and we will find the battery in the center of the compartment, on the driver's side. We begin to remove the clamps of the two poles starting from the negative one, using a ratchet wrench. With the same wrench equipped with an extension, we unscrew the bracket that holds the battery in its seat. Now we can remove the battery using the handles provided, clean the housing, install the new battery by locking it with its bracket and reconnect the clamps to the corresponding poles.
