Replacing the Front Headlight Bulb

It can happen that the bulb in your car burns out. In these cases, instead of going to the auto electrician, you can proceed with a DIY approach, saving on labour costs. The following guide shows you how to do it. You will need a new bulb and a screwdriver. Once you have removed the faulty bulb, open the bonnet and you will notice two screws and a tab; unscrew them and pull the tab so that the headlight protrudes slightly, giving you some space to replace the bulb. Next, unscrew the cap connected to the bulb, disconnect it, and replace it with a new, functioning one. Once the bulb is connected, screw the cap back on, push the tab forward so that the headlight returns to its original position, and tighten the screws securely.
