Lift and secure the car then remove the wheels. Use deoxidizer spray to clean and remove oxidized bolts. Gently disassemble the caliper by removing the two stops by unscrewing the rear bolts using a fixed wrench. Remove the support bracket and move it away, paying attention to the brake fluid duct. Remove the old pads and realign the piston so that it retracts. Refit the caliper and the new pads paying attention to the direction of travel. Reassemble the bracket by cleaning and greasing the fixing screws, then always tighten them with a torque wrench. Check the adherence of the pads to the disc and refit the wheel.

Let's see in this short and simple guide the instructions that will allow us to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo. First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video. At this point we block the bonnet with the lateral rod; then we accompany the bonnet down to close it again!
