The YouTuber, after trying to change several batteries in the remote for their vehicle with no results (the buttons seemed stuck), found a solution: take the remote with the Infiniti emblem facing up and bring it to the steering column, behind the key, holding down the lock button for three seconds. Wait in this position for ten seconds, press again for three seconds, and then release it. Now the remote works again.
