IVECO Daily - Video tutorial

Model: IVECO Daily MK 5 - Years 2014-2023
Part: Engine
Operation: How to open the hood of the new Iveco Daily

The guide shows how to open the hood of the new Iveco Daily. As for many cars, also for the Iveco Daily the opening of the engine compartment is carried out in two phases: the first consists in releasing the lock, while the second consists in the complete release of the lock and the locking of the hatch. The lock release lever is located in the passenger compartment, on the driver's side; it is the same as the levers found on cars and works the same way: pulling it releases the lock. Once this operation has been carried out, go to the front of the vehicle and look just under the edge of the hatch: there will be a lever that allows you to completely release the hatch. Once the hatch is opened, it must be placed in a safe position using the rod. Closing the engine compartment works like a normal car; in fact it will be enough to push the panel into position to close it.

Replace the steering angle sensor on the Volkswagen Golf 5

When the steering angle sensor malfunction warning light comes on, it may need to be replaced as follows: first remove the steering wheel and the lower steering wheel guard by removing the three fixing screws. The steering sensor is located just below the steering column. To release it you need to have a small screwdriver and insert it into the hole on the front, push the screwdriver all the way down until the clips at the bottom are released. Next, pull down on the back of the card containing the sensor and disengage it from the steering column. At that point take the new card and reposition it, after which proceed backwards to reassemble the various components.
