DPF regeneration procedure on request on the Iveco Daily.

Model: IVECO Daily MK 5 - Years 2014-2026
Part: Checks and maintenance

In this video, we can see how it is possible to perform a DPF regeneration on demand on the latest model of the Iveco Daily: we need to turn on the vehicle by putting the key in the MAR-1 position. We wait for the message "cleaning of the particulate filter is incomplete" to appear on the display. Then, we press both the brake pedal and the accelerator pedal fully at the same time, and wait for the DPF light to start flashing. The message "DPF cleaning, keep the engine running and remain still" will appear on the display. We release the accelerator pedal completely and start the engine. Once the engine is running, we can also release the brake pedal. At this point, the on-demand regeneration will start automatically and the DPF light will begin flashing. When the regeneration is completed, the DPF light will stop flashing and the engine speed will return to idle.
