Operation: How do I remove the door panel from the Jaguar X-Type?

In order to replace the door panel of the Jaguar X-Type you have to loosen all the bolts located in the lower part of the panel. Once these bolts have been removed, it will be necessary to lift the cap located under the handrail and unscrew the screw below. Removing the latter as well, it will be possible to detach the panel and remove it completely by unhooking the connectors connected in its rear part. When the old panel has been detached, it will be possible to replace it with a new spare part which must be properly connected to the connectors and fixed with the appropriate screws.

Let's see in this short and simple guide the instructions that will allow us to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo. First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video. At this point we block the bonnet with the lateral rod; then we accompany the bonnet down to close it again!
