Operation: How do you replace the timing chain on the Jaguar XF?

In order to replace the timing chain on the Jaguar XF, it is advisable to completely extract the engine from inside its housing compartment: to do this it will be necessary to loosen all the screws that fix the engine block to the appropriate supports, disconnect all the pipes and connectors. At this point, on the side of the engine, it will be possible to identify a casing which will have to be removed by loosening the bolts: under this casing it will be possible to find the chain, which must be removed from its seat by loosening the screws which fix the chain tensioner: after the tension will be reduced it will be possible to remove it from the crowns, in order to insert a new one.
