How to Replace the Key Fob Battery of the Jaguar XF?

To replace the battery of the key fob on the Jaguar XF, pull out the chrome side of the device so that it can be completely detached: once this has been removed, you can also take out the underlying key and lever inside its housing. Doing this will allow you to open the key fob and slide out the battery inside; after the old battery has been removed, you can insert the new one and fully close the device, also reinserting the key and the chrome part.
