How to Replace the Headlight on a Jeep Grand Cherokee

Model: Jeep Grand Cherokee WK2, MK 4 - Years 2010-2021

To replace the headlight on a Jeep Grand Cherokee, open the bonnet and locate the rear of the affected light cluster. Remove any covers or protective shields to access the headlight fixings. Disconnect the main electrical connector, taking care with the locking tabs. Unscrew the bolts or screws that secure the headlight to the bodywork, holding the cluster with one hand to prevent it from falling or hitting. Once freed from the fixings, gently pull the headlight outwards from the vehicle. Insert the new headlight in the same position, aligning the fittings correctly with the housing, then reconnect the electrical wiring and re-screw all the fixings. Refit the protective covers and check the correct operation of the lights before closing the bonnet.
