Removing the car radio on a Jeep Renegade is a straightforward task that can be done without professional help with a bit of skill. First, remove the frame surrounding the radio; this will be secured with clips and can be pried off using a lever between the frame and the dashboard.

To avoid scratching surfaces, use plastic levers or protect any makeshift tools with tape. Once the frame is removed, you will have access to four screws located at the corners of the radio; simply remove these to extract the radio from the dashboard.

After extracting the radio, disconnect the lever connector and various plugs to remove it completely from the car.
