How to remove the door panel on a Jeep Patriot? Start by removing the fixing plastics to take off the door panel. Unscrew the screws located in the upper lever space of the door opening and the screws in the handle (after removing the plastic screw covers). Remove the mid-panel covering plastic, unscrew the remaining screws on the door panel, and detach the retaining clips. Pull off the cover panel by hand and unclip it from the door (disconnect the power wiring and the opening cable). Fit a new cover panel if the one removed is damaged.
