Operation: How do I remove the immobilizer from the Jeep Grand Cherokee?

In order to remove the immobilizer of the Jeep Grand Cherokee you must first remove the plastic cover that is located around the ignition lock and loosen the fixing screws that secure the one around the entire dashboard. In this way it will be possible to loosen the screws that secure the pawl to its housing and remove it from the lower part of the steering column, after having removed the plastic cover. Here it will be possible to remove the bolts that secure the immobilizer to the pawl and remove it completely. After removal, you will be able to reassemble all the parts removed previously.
