In this guide, you will learn how to replace the struts on the tailgate of your Jeep Cherokee. Before starting, ensure you place a support to keep the tailgate open during the replacement.

Take a flat-head screwdriver and pry at the base of the struts to remove the plastic clip: once removed, simply pull out the piece. Perform this operation on both sides.

Now, remove the four 10mm bolts at the top of the struts (two on each side). At this point, you can take out the old struts and insert the new ones: snap them into place at the bottom.

Use the bolts to secure them at the top, and the replacement will be complete.

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins.
