Often, issues with the key operation on your Jeep Trackhawk are simply due to a completely dead battery. In these cases, it is necessary to replace it, and you can do so by following these simple instructions. First, press the small button located on the top of the cover and remove the physical emergency key. Using the same key, separate the rear cover from the front cover, and you will finally have access to the used battery. Remove it and replace it with a compatible model. Finally, reassemble the cover and insert the physical key back inside.
